dave was here

well, dave just gave me another one of his visits, and i actually got to hang out with him alot this time!

i met up with dave and nicole thursday night for some drinks and food.
deandra and melissa met us there as well.
after that dave and i came back to my house where we proceeded to drink gin and watch highlander. (dont even get me started on that one..)

friday was a mega long day at work, and i definately dont need to talk about that.

saturday i got up and met dave downtown.
and here is our day!

we were taken in by the call for all you can eat
possibly one of the worse sushi meals ive had
nice looking place though..
the steam clock
everyone has a picture with it apparently..

dave wanted this big moose..
i couldnt have this i guess
(but i did buy smarties!)
from this cute little spot
a little scottish woman chatted with us for a while
telling us tales of her family taking the boat to canada
gas town
free shipping!
how can you say no?
i mean really...
guardian of the sun yat-sen garden

said garden!
(i come here with my mom every year too)
some turtles hangin out, checkin out the people
(actually, looking for food is more like it)dave!

a lotus type flower

an alien type plant!

we are horses
this is fountain in a park that i have never been in before
very odd
very 80s...

china town cherry blossoms!
yeah....

this really needs no explanation..

lizards on a stick!
yeah you heard me, lizards on a stick.
i have never seen this before, and ive wandered china town a few times
dare ya to eat one..

this was dinner!

dave ate hardboiled eggs, covered with sausage meat,
and then deep fried
it was actually pretty tasty.
more drinks were had, and hang outs. then bed.
all in all, a pretty good (and pricey!) weekend.

i also bought a new hoodie!
$75 on sale for $30!
woot!
